OCM

Organizational Change Management (OCM) focuses on helping companies undertake large-scale changes. Think things like: a merger/acquisition, a new CEO, or switching to a new data collection system. Our OCM CEU courses help behavior analysts generalize their skills to these large-scale applications, with a focus on practical skills that you'll actually use.

Our OCM courses can stand alone if you have a specific problem or project you need support on. Or, take them in the recommended order if you want to build up competency to position yourself as an expert in this space - or even a career change.

COMPANY CULTURE

What type of culture an organization has can make or break your organization. Poor company culture can have widespread impacts, including:
  • High Turnover
  • Low Morale
  • Increased Safety Incidents
  • Decreased Productivity
  • Increased Discrimination
  • Doing the "bare minimum"
Our Company Culture path targets a variety of topics relevant to company culture. Take a topical approach, like focusing on psychological safety, or become a culture-obsessed BCBA and complete the entire learning path.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

For lots of people, when they think "OBM" they think "performance management". Our performance management CEUs focus on the full performance management process, from assessing the root cause of performance deficits, to specific performance management interventions.

All our performance management courses are agnostic (meaning, they can be implemented in a wide variety of industries). We prioritize using real examples, real data, and providing tutorials so that you can see the tool in action from start to finish!

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT

At Moralis, we love the "basics". All the CEUs in this learning path focus on the general practice of Organizational Behavior Management, philosophical and conceptual issues related to its implementation.

In this career path, you'll also find our awesome resources for job seekers and those who want to do a full career pivot. From resume writing workshops, to individual career coaching and mentoring - we have a team of behavior analysts who work in the spaces you want to be in who would love to support you on your path!

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Learning & Development is the area of professional practice that focuses on training and career development (aka talent development). It's all about how to make meaningful learning opportunities for adults that help them reach their personal and professional goals.

One of our newest learning paths - and is currently under development! Check back soon for more live and on-demand courses if this area speaks to you.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A highly desirable skill set, that's needed in almost any industry? Yes, please!

Project managers are tasked with getting the best out of people on their teams. It's equal parts performance management, setting expectations, pairing and prompting - with some great organizational skills thrown in.

Even if you're plan is to stay in a clinical position, project management skills can help you keep internal initiatives on track, and give you a new take on staff management.

MARKETING & CONSUMER BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS

From choosing which service provider works best for them, to how we choose which breakfast cereal to buy at the grocery store, reposting something on Instagram, and so many things in between - consumer behavior analysis is all about how people choose.

This diverse learning path is definitely behavior - but it's interdisciplinary. It touches on behavioral economics, choice architecture, UI/UX, and so much more!

Expect courses that focus on strategy, versus tactical, and a lot of focus on best-practices.

BEHAVIORAL SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

What do you get when you combine systems theory and behavior analysis? BSA. This practice area focuses on analyzing complex systems, including organizations, processes, and individual employee behavior to create more cohesive and efficient workplaces.

If you love assessment, connecting dots, and figuring out ways to make things work better - you'll love this learning path. While it's currently a small one, it's packed with opportunities for hands-on practice so you can get real experience.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH & WELLNESS

If you asked 10 people "What is wellness?", you'd probably get 10 different answers. From an OBM perspective, it's making sure we are creating the right environmental conditions to:
  • Reduce burnout
  • Increase stress Management
  • Decrease healthcare costs
  • Ensure Work-life balance
In the modern workplace, these aren't just "nice to have". But, because it can be tricky to get buy-in for large-scale interventions in this space, this learning path also includes a lot of content on how to connect these outcomes to the organization's "bottom line".

TL;DR: Our wellness courses aren't "fluffy"; they're based on real science and business concepts.

LEADERSHIP

Leaders set the tone of their teams and their organizations. Unfortunately, not a lot of time and resources get devoted to the skills needed to be successful. Being good at your job doesn't necessarily translate to being a motivating and inspiring force for a team. How can we fill the gap?

Whether showing up as the best leader you can is part of your professional development, your struggling to make headway with leaders in your organization, or you want to consult with leaders and help them be more effective, this learning path has something for you.

BUSINESS SKILLS

One of the biggest gaps we see in behavior analysts who want to pivot into OBM is basic business knowledge. Our business skills learning path aims to fill that gap. Yes, we know that you didn't get a master's degree in finance for a reason. So everything in this learning path

If you're looking to pivot into OBM, or maybe you're considering starting your own business - these are the skills you didn't know you needed but will save you so much grief down the road.

JOB SEEKERS

Ready to take the leap, but not sure where to start?

All our job seeker services are designed to help you tackle a career pivot in a way that supports you in your individual career goals.

We offer a variety of services to empower behavior analysts, no matter where they're at in their career journey or where they're going.

SUPERVISION

Whether you’re supporting RBTs, mentoring aspiring BCBAs, or overseeing an entire team, these courses are designed to give you actionable strategies, refresh your skillset, and strengthen the impact of your supervision practices.

They’re grounded in behavior analytic principles but focused on real-world implementation—so you walk away with more than CEUs. You leave with tools that actually make your job easier.

ETHICS

Not another boring Ethics CEU! :(

Just kidding. We know firsthand how those ethics credits can be a slog, so we make sure to sprinkle a little fairy dust in ours. While we may cite Bailey & Burch, you can expect slightly irreverent content and unique applications here.

LEAN SIX SIGMA FOR BCBAS

Whether you’re new to process improvement or ready to lead large-scale systems change, our program is designed to grow with you. Each belt level adds new tools, deeper understanding, and greater autonomy starting with foundational concepts and moving all the way through advanced analytics, project leadership, and strategic implementation.

These courses are practical, accessible, and built around real-world applications in behavioral health, clinical settings, and organizational consulting. You’ll walk away not just with a certification, but with skills you can use right away—and confidence to take your career wherever you want it to go.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Great products don’t happen by accident; they’re built by people who understand behavior, motivation, and design.
This learning path is designed for behavior analysts who want to build skills that directly support product development, whether you're contributing to clinical tools, internal systems, digital services, or user-centered innovations.

From gamification and instructional design to data visualization and behavior-driven UX, these courses teach you how to apply behavioral principles to make products more engaging, effective, and scalable.
