Andy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who transitioned into recruiting and specializes in behavioral health practitioners. He's not a BCBA, but he knows their skill sets, their strengths, and understands the complex factors that may be motivating them to pivot into something new.

He's excited to share his insights of what recruiters look for, what gives them the "ick", and how to most effectively utilize recruiters as a resource on your OBM career journey.

How many CEUs will I get? 

You will get 2 learning CEUs.

Who is this course for? 

This course is for behavior analysts who are interested in transitioning into OBM roles and want to better understand how to navigate the recruiting process, communicate effectively with recruiters, and position themselves for job opportunities outside of clinical or educational settings.

What if I'm not certified through the BACB?  

That's okay! We have lots of participants who aren't BACB certified. If you're not certified, you'll receive a certificate of completion in lieu of CEUs.
