Kristyn started where most BCBAs start: pediatric autism work. But early board certification landed her in a leadership role fast, and that's where everything shifted. She started applying OBM inside an ABA setting... and it worked. What didn't work was the business model. Most ABA treatment settings weren't values-aligned for her, but she loved the science too much to walk away from it. So she did what any behavior analyst would do: she identified a new context and ran an experiment.

That experiment became Moralis Machina. Kristyn holds a PhD from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She was formerly Co-Director of the W.O.R.K. Lab at The Chicago School (the OBM-focused research lab serving master's and PhD students) and is a two-time recipient of the OBM Network's Outstanding Applied Intervention Award. She now teaches BCBAs to apply OBM skills in organizations, operations, and systems well beyond the clinic.

Her approach comes down to one distinction: are you obsessed with the problem, or just admiring it? Too much OBM education stops at the framework. Kristyn teaches practical, assessment-driven skills; the kind that help you move from analysis to action in whatever context you're working in.
