WHAT OUR COMMUNITY SAYS:

Hear what our learners love about our 12-week courses:

Leadership & Performance

Dr. Peterson is amazing and has great knowledge into OBM. She creates each week to be engaging and thoughtful with ways to use it in the real world! Completely recommend this course for anyone wanting to go into the OBM space.

- K. B., BCBA

Company Culture & People Experience

As a BCBA it was really refreshing to learn new material. This course was a safe space for me to get my feet wet with learning the spaces OBM can implement change. The course had clear content and a nice flow; I would recommend this course truly to anyone who needs a new perspective.

- C. D., BCBA

Leadership & Performance

I wholeheartedly enjoyed this course and by the end, I felt as though there were so many applications to my experiences in workplace! This course took a holistic approach to identifying, assessing, intervening, and changing problems within a leadership and organizational settings.

- R. R., BCBA

Leadership & Performance

I spent a lot of time looking for a leadership course. Something that wasn't too broad, but also that wasn't too narrow in scope. This was a really good balance of variety and much-needed information. This course covered a lot of content, but it didn't move too quickly or leave me feeling like I had questions/gaps. I would highly recommend for people already in a leadership role, or someone who is looking to add these tools to their toolbox for future roles/responsibilities.

- S. C., BCBA

Business Building for BCBAs, Part 1

This course has helped me figure out where to get started with creating my own business. There were a lot of things that I was unaware of, but with this course, I was able to identify which direction to go in to be successful.

- J. F., BCBA

Business Building for BCBAs, Part 1

This course was so helpful! In thinking about starting my own business, I had no idea where to even begin and it all felt so daunting. This course really taught me where to start and what to think about that I hadn't considered before. I can't wait to apply what I have learned and take more courses in other areas. Hands down one of the best CEU experiences I have ever had.

- E. G., BCBA

Business Building for BCBAs, Part 1

The content was easy to digest and really walked me through the beginning steps of starting my own business. It gave a great overview of what to expect in the process too.

- E. L., BCBA

Company Culture & People Experience

Dr. Kristyn Peterson does a great job compiling content and making it applicable and engaging. She answered all questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, and gave practical ways to implement the ideas discussed. I'm excited to implement these new ideas in my current role and in future opportunities!

- A. W., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

This course was perfect for any BCBA who is working within clinical development in any agency. It helps bring together behavior analysis and the organizational process in a global way to help grow your clinical skills in a whole new light!

- L. W., BCBA

Company Culture & People Experience

Kristyn was a wonderful teacher! She was informative, engaging, and provide excellent examples and resources. Great experience!

- A. R., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

I loved the workshops and the way the course information was taught. I was able to easily follow along, apply the course concepts to my project and I love the templates! I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn BSA!

- A. B., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

This course provided me with the confidence and skill set to apply my skills as a behavior analyst to an actual business problem. I also loved the benefit of sharing and collaborating with other students on their projects as it allowed me to generalize concepts to different companies and systems.

- L. V., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

I cannot say enough great things about this course. This is the only course I have been able to find that offers the in depth view of Behavior Systems Analysis I've been looking for. Dr. Peterson expertly guides group discussions and facilitates a safe and friendly learning environment. 10/10!

- C. B., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

The BSA course from Moralis Machina is one of the most valuable CEUs I’ve come across. The content is unique, practical, and bridges ABA with real-world systems work. The hands-on project made the learning stick, and the instructor’s kind, encouraging style made the experience feel approachable. You get what you put into it - but the effort is worth it. I left with tools I can use now and a strong foundation to keep growing. Looking forward to more Moralis Machina.

- K. H., BCBA

Company Culture & People Experience

This course I felt was really tailored to my learning, I didn't feel like one in a big crowd. My voice was heard and my discussion points were valued and responded to. Very open discussion course and I feel thats the best way to learn!!!

- N. B., BCBA

Behavioral Systems Analysis

This course was so informative and provided concrete application experience. Kristyn was so flexible, knowledgeable, and patient as we connected dots, and generalized principles from BA to OBM/BSA fields. She was able to answer questions and help us build a little community of likeminded people throughout the 12 weeks. When I started this course - I would have never thought how close I could grow to BCBAs in so many different places! Now, I can't imagine not knowing them!

- M. V., BCBA

Company Culture & People Experience

Company culture is such an important topic for anyone working in a leadership role. There are so many aspects of culture that you cannot control, but with a behavioural perspective, this course really builds a solid understanding of culture and isolates the pieces you CAN control. Lots of great information and actionable take-homes!

- S. C., BCBA

WHAT TO EXPECT

“The small cohort design was extremely valuable and provided a safe space for discussion-based learning."

Learn a lot. Build your community.

More than just a CEU. Our courses are designed to open new opportunities for behavioral scientists. 3 things you can expect:

COLLABORATION & ENGAGEMENT

We use a bunch of strategies to keep the vibe fun and engaging. Think active responding, group meetings, and opportunities to collaborate outside of group meetings.

GENERALIZATION

Behavior analysts have a ton of the skills they need to be successful in non-clinical work. Having models and support to generalize the tools in your toolbox is how you can get there!

ETHICS

For behavior analysts, ethical behavior is non-negotiable! Novel ethical dilemmas present themselves outside of clinical work. And, because we care about company culture and people experience, that means we also think about DEI.

FAQ

Do you provide resources?

So. Many. Resources.

We provide our group participants Excel templates, assessments, cheat sheets, tutorials, and samples to help the content translate to real life.

Are there any pre-requisites?

We've found that people who have a strong understanding of basic behavioral phenomena (i.e., the BACB task list) and have basic fluency with Excel or other non-automated data collection are going to do best in these groups.

We'd rate their difficulty as "intermediate".

What if I'm not a BCBA?

All are welcome in our groups! If you're not certified through the BACB, we can offer a certificate of completion instead of CEUs.

How is content for groups determined?

We build our content to reflect and address gaps that we've seen in behavior analysts in traditional ABA. It's based on behavior analytic research, but is multi-disciplinary, because our science base is still growing.

We also refine our content over time based on participant feedback, preferences, and how well we feel it supports our learner's goals.

Is there "homework"?

TL;DR Yes.

Each week you get to do a "deliverable" outside of class that's designed to help you practice what you learned, and then get feedback from your instructor and peers. These assignments are designed to help facilitate generalization, as well as build toward the "final project" (a rough draft of an OBM intervention in the topic area of your group).

What's the vibe of groups?

We want you to be able to explain what you learn after three cocktails, to your grandma, or be able to write an academic paper about it.

We also strive to have an environment of psychological safety, rich with questions and supportive feedback!
