Who is this course for?
Behavior analysts who are interested in learning more about the in's and out's of change management - either to enhance their current skill set or in preparation for a career pivot!
Are there any pre-requisite skills needed?
A basic understanding of behavior phenomena (e.g., reinforcement, SD's, verbal behavior, etc.) is helpful.
We strongly recommend taking the Change Readiness Assessment course prior to this course, as it builds on that content. It may not be as helpful as a stand alone, but it's up to you!
