What will I learn in a contingency analysis course for OBM? 

You’ll learn how to examine the consequences surrounding employee behavior and use that information to understand workplace performance. This course focuses on two OBM assessment tools, PIC/NIC and E-TIP, with examples of how they can inform better workplace contingencies.

What is the difference between PIC/NIC and E-TIP in OBM? 

Both tools help behavior analysts examine consequences that may influence performance, but they organize those consequences in different ways. The course compares the two assessments and shows how to use their findings in a workplace analysis.
