M.S., LBA-UT, LBA-NC, BCBA 
Alisa brings over 15 years of expertise in self-advocacy in the Health & Behavioral Science fields, including seven years in clinical and supervisory roles in the field of clinical ABA. In 2023, she transitioned to lead a department focused on training and professional development, demonstrating her commitment to growth, leadership, and fostering the success of others.

Throughout her career, Alisa has refined her self-advocacy skills through meticulous documentation, continuous professional development, and collaboration with diverse teams and organizations. She is known for her ability to ensure accountability and follow-through while aligning her career with her core values through qualitative and quantitative measures. Her strengths in written, verbal, and active listening reflect her authentic and precise approach to professional excellence.

Are there any pre-requisite skills? 

A basic understanding of behavioral phenomena (e.g., reinforcement, punishment and extinction) and a desire to engage is all you need for this course. 

What if I'm not certified through the BACB? 

That's okay! In lieu of CEUs, you'll get a certificate of completion.
