MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Shelby Quigley

M.A., BCBA 
Shelby has several years of experience in ABA and OBM, with a background in clinical, research, and leadership roles. She currently serves as an OBM Program Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor, where she oversees clinical services, designs performance improvement strategies, and leads OBM research initiatives. Her OBM journey began at as a research assistant on a Neurobehavioral Unit, supporting staff training and clinical case management.

She has presented at conferences on topics including caregiver training, employee wellness, and behavioral systems analysis, and has mentored student research along the way. Passionate about aligning clinical effectiveness with organizational efficiency, Shelby has developed competency-based training systems, structured professional development pathways, and implemented tools like the Performance Diagnostic Checklist. Her work is driven by a commitment to building effective systems and empowering teams.
