HOW THIS BUILDS UPON PAST BELTS
Greater Project
Ownership
Green Belt learners transition from supporting roles to leading their own improvement projects, applying tools more independently and seeing initiatives through from problem identification to solution.
Broader Tool
Application
Expand your toolkit beyond the basics! Our Green Belt training adds new analysis and problem-solving tools to increase your repertoire and add to the projects you can work on.
Increased Decision
Making Power
Independently make decisions within the scope of your projects. While earlier belts focused on observation and support, this level empowers learners to take initiative, justify solutions, and contribute meaningfully to business outcomes.
More Sophisticated
Data Use
Building on the basic metrics from earlier belts, this course introduces intermediate statistical tools and teaches learners to interpret and act on real-world data to guide decisions.
Increased Complexity
of Application
Projects in this course often involve wider scopes and more variables, requiring stronger planning, time management, and communication skills.
Deeper Cross-Functional Collaboration
Start working across teams and departments, developing the soft skills and strategies needed to collaborate with a broader group of stakeholders.
