At $495 for 21 BACB Learning CEUs (3 of which can count toward Supervision), it's a meaningful block of hours in a single purchase.

The program is built around the SPACE model (Scope, Pinpoint, Assess, Change, Embed) and runs five self-paced modules over a four-month access window. It's worth knowing that ABA Technologies explicitly describes this program as designed to be accessible for individuals without formal behavior analysis training;  the Foundations module, which covers basic behavioral concepts, is optional for BCBAs who already have that foundation. The program is a Level 1 certificate, meaning it's positioned as an entry point in a series rather than a comprehensive credential.

First, a terminology note worth knowing: this is a certificate issued by the course provider upon completion, not a certification issued by an independent credentialing body. The distinction matters if you're positioning yourself to employers or clients outside the ABA field. Certifications like PMP, CCMP, and Lean Six Sigma carry external verification; this one may not have name recognition to hiring managers. 

That said, 21 BACB Learning CEUs for $495 has some real value, and the SPACE framework gives you a vocabulary for applying OBM in organizational settings. For BCBAs who want a structured introduction to OBM before deciding how deep to go, or who need to bank a lot of Learning CEUs in one transaction, it's a legitimate option. If you're looking to go deep on applied OBM practice or build credentials that hold weight outside ABA, you'll want to layer in more after completing it.

Do Better Collective isn't an OBM provider, but their name sometimes comes up in the same conversations. Their focus is clinical ABA practice, with a strong emphasis on neurodiversity-affirming approaches, ethics, and the kind of professional development that's hard to find in a traditional CEU catalog.

Courses like "Hormones and Burnout: Why Nutrition, Movement, and Sleep Matter for BCBAs" and "From Compliance to Collaboration: Operationalizing Neurodiversity and Disability Justice in ABA Practice" are genuinely interesting and genuinely different from what most BCBA CEU providers are offering. The community aspect is real; this isn't just a course catalog, it's a membership with events, peer groups, and a podcast. They even offer mentorship.

If you're staying in clinical ABA and you want to keep growing as a clinician and a human being in this field, Do Better Collective is worth a look. They're doing good work and the field is better for them being in it. Just don't go there expecting OBM.

Mindful Behavior LLC occupies a similar lane to Do Better Collective: Clinical-focused, values-driven, and built for BCBAs who want their practice to reflect more than just behavioral technology. Their framework is Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) applied to neurodivergent-affirming behavior analysis.

Their course content, mentorship, and supervision services are designed for clinicians who want to do ABA differently. Specifically, more person-centered, more grounded in ACT, more explicitly anti-ableist. Their OBM Neurodivergent-Affirming Consultation service is also worth knowing about for ABA practice owners or administrators who want to make their organizations more affirming internally.

Like Do Better Collective, this isn't an OBM-in-organizations play. But if your goal is evolving your clinical practice within a values-based framework, Mindful Behavior is doing meaningful work in a space that matters or gaining soft skills (that can benefit organizational or consulting work), it's worth a look. 

StudyNotes ABA is the wildcard on this list... not because they're obscure, but because they're doing something genuinely different from everyone else. With 254 courses and a catalog that runs from behavioral sport psychology to caregiver coaching and gerontology to their brand promise is "real, raw, and relatable" CEUs. They mean it.

The Behavior Bootcamp and Research Review Club are their signature programs. The latter is a monthly research-based CEU series that covers a different applied topic each session, including OBM. But the thing that truly sets StudyNotes apart is their CBS/CBS-C Program: the Certified Behavioral Sexologist program, the first behavior analytic sexual behavior analysis specialty program of its kind. Two levels, dozens of courses, and a scope that goes far beyond what you'll find anywhere else in the BCBA CEU space.

This isn't OBM content. It's a broad, accessible catalog with a few OBM entries and a lot of things you genuinely can't find elsewhere.
