FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I make a referral?

There are a few ways! 

When a new users signs up on our website for a CEU, we'll ask how they heard about us and they can list your name there.  For consults, you can send an intro email, and we also ask on our consult request form. 

When do I get my reward?

We calculate rewards and send them out during the first week of every month!

Can I refer more than once?

Yes! And we'd love it if you would. :) There's no cap to the rewards in our referral program. 

How do I choose cash vs. credit?

When you earn a reward, you’ll receive an email where you can select your preferred option.
