How long is the course? 

It is approximately 75 minutes; factoring in time to complete the competency exam. 

How many CEUs will I get? 

You will get 1.5 Ethics CEUs.

Who is this course for? 

This course is for behavior analysts who are interested in learning more about how to provide feedback in a psychologically safe environment, that also results in desired behaviors. 

What if I'm not certified through the BACB?  

That's okay! We have lots of participants who aren't BACB certified. If you're not certified, you'll receive a certificate of completion in lieu of CEUs. 

Does this course teach how to fix low psychological safety?

It teaches you how to identify what is maintaining it or undermining it, which is the prerequisite to designing effective interventions.
