Want to feel more confident interpreting and communicating data? Learn how visual analysis helps practitioners make sense of behavioral information, assess change, and share insights with leaders and teams.

LET THE DATA TALK

Data is only useful if you know how to interpret it. In OBM, visual analysis is a critical skill for identifying performance trends, evaluating interventions, and making informed decisions without relying solely on statistical tests.

This course breaks down how to visually analyze data in workplace settings, recognize meaningful patterns, and avoid common interpretation errors. You’ll learn how to move beyond “just graphing” and use data to guide supervision, feedback, and systems-level decisions.

By the end of this course, you’ll feel confident using visual analysis to evaluate performance change, communicate findings clearly, and drive effective organizational interventions.
