Why PMP® is a Game-Changer for BCBAs

Designed and taught by a BCBA + PMP® who gets it.

Cross Industry Access

Project Managers are needed in tons of industries, from tech, healthcare, government, and  corporate L&D, and beyond.

Higher Earning Potential

PMP® holders earn an average of 20–25% more than non-certified PMs (source: PMI).

Strategic Leadership Skills

Learn to lead large-scale initiatives, optimize workflows, and speak the universal language of project management.

Increased Professional Impact

Apply PMP® principles to big operational projects, like clinic expansion, new program launches, and tech rollouts, without reinventing the wheel.

Why this Course Beats Self-Study

Self-study might save you some money... but it won't:

Translate your ABA experience into PMP® language for your exam application

Give you direct feedback from a BCBA + PMP® who's walked this path

Offer ABA-specific and non-ABA case studies to bridge theory and practice

Keep you accountable over 20 weeks so you actually finish (and pass)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if I'm eligible for the PMP Exam?

If you have 3+ years of experience managing a case load (even if it's non-consecutive), or have been in an administrative role for that long and a bachelor's degree, you probably do! We’ll help you translate your hours and projects into PMP®-ready experience.

Will this course prepare me for the application process?

Yes. You’ll get PMI-approved hours for the educational requirement, content coverage, and a practice exam, plus application support.

Note:
This isn't the same as the prior experience requirement of 3+ years

Can I just self-study instead?

Sure, but you’ll miss the targeted ABA-to-PMP translation, live feedback, and structured accountability that increase your odds of passing the first time.

How much time should I budget per week?

You should expect to spent 90 minutes in the live session, and then 30 - 60 minutes each week working on assignments. These assignments will culminate in your capstone project at the end of the course.

Is the PMP worth it, if I'm staying in ABA?

If you're working at an agency that is growing fast, needs to update/modernize processes or technology, or you're managing a large team, this course will help you level up your skills that you need but weren't taught in your master's coursework (or in your supervision).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You can customize a payment plan at checkout when you select Klarna as your checkout method.

Do I earn any BACB approved CEUs by completing this course?

Yes! This course provides 10 BACB LEARN CEUs. Our ACE Provider number is OP-23-10336.

What if I need to miss a week?

We record all of our live sessions, so if you have a scheduling conflict during one of the live sessions, you can go back and review it later.

I want to start my own ABA company. Will this help?

Starting (and running) a business is like one giant project; from getting credentialed, to intaking clients, and everything in between.

We are big believers in entrepreneurs having project management skills so they can get further, faster. #bossbabe.

Why did Moralis build this course?

One of our guiding values is building what we wish we had when we were doing our own pivots. And, if you hang around Moralis long enough you're sure to hear someone say "If we aren't doing the most, what are we doing?".

This is our answer to both. Chris wanted more support, more materials, and more connection, so that's exactly what we built.
