Are you a BCBA struggling to overcome burnout? This course takes a deeper look at what burnout truly means, how it can evolve into moral injury, and the ways it impacts your daily practice.

BURNOUT IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

Burnout has become a buzzword in the field of ABA—but what does it really mean?

When burnout collides with conflicting values, it can lead to more than just exhaustion or disengagement. It can result in Moral Injury—a deeper, more damaging impact on your professional and personal well-being.

As practitioners leave the field in alarming numbers, it’s critical to examine the root causes of moral injury and, more importantly, how we can address and prevent it.

In this course, you'll explore how conflicting values and unaddressed stress can lead to moral injury, how it uniquely impacts BCBAs, and what you can do to navigate and mitigate its effects.
