Ready to move beyond foundational supervision skills? This course explores how behavior science informs effective leadership, helping practitioners navigate complexity, influence systems, and lead with intention.

LEADERSHIP IS A PRACTICE, NOT A TITLE

Leadership at the next level requires more than managing tasks or supervising people. It requires understanding behavior in context, responding to complexity, and making decisions that shape culture, performance, and systems over time.

Leadership 201 is designed for practitioners who already understand the basics of supervision and want to deepen their leadership impact. This course focuses on the behavioral foundations of leadership, how leaders influence systems, and how everyday decisions reinforce or undermine performance, safety, and psychological trust.

Rather than offering rigid formulas, this course helps leaders develop judgment, fluency, and perspective so they can lead effectively across changing organizational environments.
