MEET YOUR COACH, GINA

Gina is a BCBA and OBM career coach with tons of experience helping behavior analysts like you navigate meaningful career pivots.

Gina started out her career working in pediatric autism, and spent many years as a behavior analyst in the school districts in the Chicagoland area. Over time, her desire for something different took her into the Learning & Development and Project Management spaces, all of which inform her approach to coaching.

She’s coached dozens of BCBAs through successful career shifts, helping them land interviews, job offers, and most importantly, long-term clarity.
