Make safety in the workplace about more than just policies. This course explores how behavioral science can make workplaces safer, more accountable, and more efficient.

SAFETY FIRST

Safe workplaces don't exist by accident, they exist because behavior has been shaped.

This course breaks down the science behind Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and connects it directly to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You’ll explore how antecedents and consequences influence workplace safety, why observation and feedback are central to safe performance, and how to apply behavioral tools to real-world safety challenges.

By the end, you’ll understand how to move beyond compliance checklists to build cultures of safety that sustain themselves through data, reinforcement, and shared accountability.
