This course explores how conducting gap analyses helps leaders and OBM practitioners assess current systems and identify meaningful opportunities for improvement.

WHERE CHANGE BEGINS.

Organizational change often fails not because of poor solutions, but because the real problem was never clearly identified. Gap analyses provide a structured way to examine the difference between current conditions and desired outcomes, helping leaders and OBM practitioners focus their efforts where they matter most.

This course introduces gap analysis as a practical, behaviorally informed tool for understanding performance, systems, and processes in organizational settings. Rather than jumping straight to intervention, you’ll explore how identifying gaps can clarify priorities, align stakeholders, and support more effective decision-making.

Designed for practitioners working in complex environments, this course emphasizes using gap analyses to guide thoughtful, intentional change across teams and systems.
